Xtreme defeated Spirit, Satanic won twice on Tinker, results of the first day of The International 2025
The first day of The International 2025 has concluded. Two Chinese teams - Xtreme Gaming and Team Tidebound went 2-0. The main favorites of the tournament - Team Spirit finished with a score of 1-1. PARIVISION won twice with carry Tinker, Naga Siren was banned 38 times out of 40, and Beasmaster and Natures Prophet were picked or banned in all 40 maps.
Xtreme Gaming defeated two Eastern European teams - Aurora and Team Spirit. Streamer Nix negatively commented on Aurora's game:
- Aurora lacks a common vision of Dota, they don't understand how to play together. TORONTOTOKYO stands well on the line and builds up, but it doesn't give anything because Dota doesn't end on the lines. You need the macro to be the same. You have to play Dota the same way. If you have a guy running under Tier-3. Yes, he's crazy, but you have to run with him, or he shouldn't be running.
