Chinese Esports club Elephant announced on their Weibo page that all players and the coach leave the team and become free agents.
The announcement said that the contracts of 4 players and the coach were terminated unilaterally, and they can now play for any other team. Among them are ??Zhang "Eurus" Chengjun, ??Lu "Somnus丶M" Yao, ??Zhou "Yang" Haiyang, ??Xu "fy" Linsen, and ??Bai "rOtK" Fan. The remaining player, ??Xie "Super" Junhao, was on loan and is returning to Royal Never Give UP now.
Elephant explained that it was upset with the team's poor performance at The International 10. The club noted that it decided to terminate the contracts early not to disturb the players to prepare for the upcoming DPC season.
